Transmittal Forms - Revised copies

At the National Convention’s Department Commandants Council meeting, we spoke of the Transmittal Form. We have a short form – the one that has been used for a long time. We now have a long form – a new one that can hold 50 names on 1 transmittal. The long form is 20 pages. Please don’t just hit “print” if you only need to use the first three pages. Select to print only as many pages if you need.

Which one to use? You choose. We are trying to make it easier. Some folks can do one transmittal and take care of their entire detachment. These will be posted in the Library.
