The VA’s Veterans Experience Office (VEO) is privileged to gather our VA accomplishments each quarter and frame it around customer experience.
In just two months (May – June) VA has provided care for 3.8M Veteran, completed more than 266K disability claims, processed more than half a million education benefits claims, answered 9.7M phone calls across VA’s contact centers, gave more than 15K Veterans Appeals decisions, and laid more than 27K Veterans and their family members to rest at a VA National Cemetery.
