Can I Participate If I Live In California?
If you can legally own this weapon in the state of California, then yes, you can participate in this raffle. We will use an FFL to transfer the firearm to you. 

Do I Get Physical Tickets?
Yes! Even if you purchase raffle tickets online, we will mail you a physical copy of your ticket for your own records

Who Benefits?
All proceeds go toward helping the local veteran community.

Can It Be Mailed?
The gun can be shipped.  The winner is responsible for shipping, transfer, and any other costs associated with the firearm.​

Will The Weapon Have The Exact Finish?
While we will do our best to ensure we get a weapon with the exact finish, it is based on availability. What we can promise is the same make, model, and accessory loadout as depicted in our advertising (scope, bipod, etc.)

Raffle Rules

Every ticket is a chance to win!

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by the rules of this raffle and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Greater Nevada Detachment 186, Marine Corps League as final and binding as it relates to the contest.

 

Online raffle tickets may be purchased until 09 November 2026 by visiting gnd186mcl.org.

 

All online purchases require a valid email address for the purchaser and all online purchasers consent to email communication related to such transaction. In the event of dispute as to the identity of any potential raffle winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address at the time of purchase.

 

  • Open to all those who are of appropriate age to purchase and own a firearm, a legal United States resident, and who are able to pass a Federal background check.

  • The purchase of only one raffle ticket is required to enter the raffle. Each raffle entry constitutes an equal chance to win.

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you may legally enter into the contest.

  • Winner will be chosen by random drawing at the Marine Corps birthday ball 2026.

  • Winner will be notified using the name and contact information that the purchaser has provided.

  • Entries that are not complete, unintelligible, or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Greater Nevada Detachment 186, Marine Corps League.

  • No entries will be accepted from or on behalf of corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other entities.

  • Prize must be claimed and transfer complete within 60 days of the date the winning ticket is drawn.

  • Winner is responsible for shipping, transfer, and any other costs associated with the firearm.

  • Prize is not transferable.

  • All liability is limited to the purchase price of ticket(s) purchased.

  • All state and federal firearms laws will be followed.

  • No warranty of the firearm is provided; winner will deal directly with the manufacturer if problems arise.

  • The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

  • Proceeds of the raffle will be given to the Greater Nevada Detachment 186, Marine Corps League.
